The price includes a whiteboard, flip chart, Overhead projector, screen, telephone, notepads, pens, as well as ice water, candy and fruit. If needed you can rent an LCD-projector and speakerphone. Our reception is manned 24-hours a day and will gladly assist you with copying, faxing and other services. It is also possible to rent a fully equipped workplace adjacent to the conference premises.
